"I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to share my experience with this agency, after having been through a really rough time with my previous auto insurance Agent.

I was in the market simply looking for renters insurance after having recently moved into my first apartment, and them requiring it. I originally reached out to my progressive auto agent who unsurprisingly was dismissive and told me she couldn't help me with a renters policy since I have a progressive auto policy and they can't combine renters with auto.
It turned out to be a blessing though because I went on Google searching nearby agents and saw the Bienchis Firm which was really close by. I called and boy am I glad I did, the individuals here are some of the most patient and helpful I've ever come across. Even though renters insurance is fairly cheap already, they answered all my questions and made sure I had the right amount of coverage and wasn't over paying, and provided emails with proof in the same day so I could present it to the leasing staff for the apartment. A few days later I called back with some auto insurance questions and even though I'm still contracted with progressive for auto they answered all those questions as well and never made me feel like a bother at any point.

They're great and they help both English and Spanish speakers so don't hesitate to reach out to them! I know I'll be switching my auto policy as soon as my current period ends."
